PROCRASTINATION SPIRIT

procrastination spirit.
Procrastination spirit is a spirit that killed every man intentions so that they will not reach their destination in time.

When we were younger at elementary school, if they asked us that what do we want to become in future, some will said pilot, doctor, manager, etc
But we didn't understand that if a driver son want to became a good  driver he has to learn how to drive.
But in life to achieve a goal you will pay with  focus, time, planning, believe, ability not to look back etc.

A procrastinator is like football fans that commentators can not be recognized because he/she has no football history.
nobody was born as a procrastinator it's something that you had learned.
Its important to understand the cause of procrastination and its consequences on you and how these prolong this habitual behavior in you.

The major thing that procrastination affected most is time
Because if a man waste his when he/she supposed to make good use of his time time will also waste such person time.
life is time and time always like to faster than man but its man that will hold time very well because time can never go back.
In proverbs 6v6 talk about ant lifestyle because ant is very wise insert that gathering what it needs in dry season and in raining season it is going to be inside and enjoying itself.

INDEPENDENT OR MODERN SLAVE

Nigeria gained independence on October 1, 1960 through constitutions that were legislated by the British government. The new Constitution established a federal government system with an elected Prime Minister and a ceremonial head of staff.
Every year Nigeria  celebrated  Independent yearly.
But we got our Independent  from Britain in 1960 and we started Modern slavery under our fellow citizens of Nigeria.
God bless citizens of Nigeria because in Nigeria nobody depends on government everybody are looking for what to eat by their self.

POLITICIANS IN NIGERIA
Politicians in Nigeria are like satanic agent. Their ready to used anything to gain power they don't want any Nigerians citizens to enjoy anything because they high rated their self like idols.
They want people to be worshipped them like gods when you against them, they are ready to kill,Democracy in Nigeria is like modern slave, they count their self as someone that is above the law the Nigeria treasures are in their personal account.

CONTRACTS  JOBS
In Nigeria most of the companies are not ready to pay including banking sector, networking, etc because contractor has makes things hard in Nigeria to get jobs is as if you are looking for what you can't find  because when company are ready to pay or supposed to pay  #50.000 contractor will collect #40.000, when they collect #40.000 they will be paying #25.000 as workers salary and almost all sectors are enjoying this method because it gives them opportunities to cheat or not to increased workers salary.
Some contractors do not even care about his/her workers health or attended to their medical and if their worker had industrial accident they will not pay for the loss, this method is totally modern slave.

ABUSE OF POWER
In Nigeria today, some of Nigerians citizens are above the law because if they something wrong it's hard for you to against them and if some rich or famous men want to cheat you it is hard to see good human rights lawyer that can support you
Even if you arrest him the following day you will see him in his house.
Nigerians citizens that doesn't has money are like goat in present of most police because Nigeria police love money than their life.
Sometimes around December 23rd to 31st police will be in commercial bus and begin called bus stop before you know the will be taking you to their station and lock you up even you are trying to claim innocent they will be lying against you just to collect money by force, Why are we celebrating Independent Yearly?

LACK OF SECURITY
lack of good lead is like when a blind man want to drive commercial bus.
When politicians wanted to started campaign for election they gather thugs and criminal and gave them dangerous weapons because of opposition parties.
After election when they win election or loss they will not have time to attend to their thugs again, their thugs will be using the weapons to enforce people and collecting their life and prosperity.
Somewhere in lagos many people leave their houses and flee because they don't want to die.
Independent or modern slave

Barcelona announce their youth Academy

FC Barcelona’s 2016/17 youth academy teams were officially unveiled Thursday evening at an event held at the Ciutat Esportiva.
In total, 333 players from 20 teams — from Barça B all the way down to the Under-7 team, including the girls academy teams — took part in the presentation.
The Club’s next generation of footballers made their way out to the grass, one by one, and were welcomed by a bevy of Club representatives, including Barça President,
Josep Maria Bartomeu; Professional Football and Women’s Football Director,
Jordi Mestre ; Amateur Football Director,
Xavier Vilajoana; CEO, Òscar Grau; Professional Sports Director Albert Soler ; Technical Secretary of Professional Youth Football, Pep Segura ; Technical Secretary of Women’s Football, Xavi Llorens ; Technical Secretary of Amateur Youth Football, Jordi Roura ; and the Assistant to the Technical Secretary of Amateur Youth Football, Aureli Altimira.
Following the official 2016/16 photos of each and every team with their individual coaching staffs, Laura Mas , the captain of the Under-14 girls team, spoke: “It’s a point of pride for me and my teammates to form part of this Club, which dedicates untold resources to youth football and has a deep commitment to girls sports.”
Xavi Simons , the Under-14 boys team captain also had words of praise for the Club.
“Thanks to the Club, we learn values like sacrifice and teamwork, which are highly important to be able to combine sports and academics with the maximum humility and solidarity.”
Bartomeu and Roura speak
After kind words in memory of some of those who had helped grow La Masia and had recently passed away, namely Alfredo Pérez, Mingo Garcia , Enrique Vázquez and Joan Gasol , President Bartomeu, praised current first team midfielder Andrés Iniesta , who arrived at La Masia 20 years ago. “He's a role model for everyone because of his way of being, playing and his understanding of life, and that fits in perfectly with Barça," Bartomeu said.
Jordi Roure, for his part, said that seeing the boys and girls of the academy elicited "feelings of pride and also responsibility."
“Our main objective is education," he said. And "that the players arrive to the top levels while learning our style of play."
Perhaps most importantly, he said, "The Club has to look for talent, as well as transmit the values that make us different."
Bartomeu also highlighted the Masia 360
project, with the aim of keeping a close eye on everyone who passes through La Masia, even beyond their football careers. He also emphasised the Club's commitment to Women's football.

ARSENAL VS CHELSEA

The Blues have won four Premier League matches at the Emirates, more than any other visiting side..
A 20th anniversary traditionally means not a gift of pastry (as one fan at Nottingham Forest this week seemed to think), but China. However Wenger has resisted any yearning for the Yuan and his stint in north London continues, at least till May 2017, the end of his current contract.
He has been in charge more than 10 years longer than any other league manager; the second longest-serving is League Two Exeter City’s Paul Tisdale. In the Premier League it is Eddie Howe, who has been at the helm at Bournemouth for nearly four years.
Over the two decades Wenger has steered the Gunners to nine major trophies, Chelsea scooped 18, with seven different coaches at the tiller.
The capital’s top two clubs do have something in common: losing at home to Liverpool this season. Jurgen Klopp’s men had the better of a seven-goal curiosity on the season’s opening weekend against Arsenal, who are currently unbeaten in four, while Chelsea were bettered 1-2 by the Merseysiders last time out in the league.
Since then the Blues managed a most remarkable comeback at the home of champions Leicester City in the League Cup, eventually winning 4-2. That was the first time in the Roman Abramovich era Chelsea have recovered from 0-2 down to win.
You have to go back to Frank Lampard’s last-minute opportunism on 17 August 2002 at Charlton for the most recent example. Our coach that day? The Foxes’ Claudio Ranieri. This was Leicester’s biggest loss at home for a year. Each of Leicester’s last five defeats at the King Power has now come against teams from the Smoke, including Chelsea, twice.
Saturday’s all-capital clash is the third of the campaign. Last season the Blues finished ‘mid-table’ of the five sides, and Arsenal fourth. The Gunners lost twice on home soil to their neighbours: West Ham and Chelsea.

PREMIER LEAGUE FIXTURES FOR THIS WEEK

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain says, Discipline is the key to beat Chelsea

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain says maintaining discipline is the key to beating Chelsea on Saturday.
The Gunners have been shown four red cards in their past five Premier League matches against their London rivals, and the squad know that keeping cool will be essential.
'Football isn't a job, it's my life'
Go behind the scenes at the photocall
“It’d be nice to keep 11 men on the pitch against Chelsea this time round,” Oxlade-Chamberlain told Arsenal Player . “I know it sounds funny but generally speaking in the last few games against them, it’s always a big clash with a lot of emotions and maybe some mind games.
“First and foremost, it’s a massive game and we just need to keep our discipline and stay in the game. I’d back this team to be able to beat anyone in the league on our day.
“It’s going to be a big occasion but we can’t get too caught up in it, we just need to go out and play our game.”
Oxlade-Chamberlain also stressed the importance the home crowd can play on Saturday, and hopes that he can play his part in sending the fans home happy.
“It will make a difference, but at the same time you’ve got to keep a cool head and you can’t let all of that cloud your judgement or get the better of you on the day," he said.
“You know, if you go a goal up and the crowd starts getting right behind you it can push you on. At the same time, sometimes you might end up going a goal down and the crowd can show their frustration and you can’t let that affect you too much because you’ve got to focus on getting the right result and keep plugging away.
“The crowd will be massive and I’m sure the atmosphere will be great. It always is for the big games and we’ve got to use that to our advantage. We need to get the right result so everyone leaving the Emirates happy.”

Wayne Rooney Responds to United critics

WAYNE ROONEY RESPONDS TO UNITED CRITICS
Wayne Rooney responded to the recent criticism of Manchester United when he made a special appearance on MUTV 's Thursday Focus show.
The Reds skipper was a guest of Helen Evans and David May, alongside boxer Anthony Crolla and his trainer Joe Gallagher, and admits the team had a bad eight days when losing to Manchester City, Feyenoord and Watford.
Rooney feels flak from the media goes with the territory when results do not go well. He told MUTV : "That’s football, I think. We don’t win in three games and, of course, everyone is going to talk about it. We had a bad week, a bad eight days where we’ve lost three games, and it’s important now we react well to that and come through that."
Regarding the intense scrutiny of his own form, he said: "Yeah, I think I’ve had that my whole career – a little bit more of late, I think, but that’s football. I listen to my coaches and my team-mates, the people around me, and I don’t really listen to what a lot of people out there are saying because a lot of it is rubbish.
"I have to focus, work hard, of course, and I’ve done that throughout my career. I’ve worked hard and tried to do my best for the team.
"I’ve done that [played in different positions] throughout my career. I feel I can play in all positions but I think the manager has made it clear either I’ll play up front or in the no.10 and that’s where he sees me playing. As I said before, it’s not just myself – the whole team is going in and working hard. We had a bad week but we’ve been working hard to put that right."
With the EFL Cup fourth-round draw providing a spicy home tie and the "perfect" chance to avenge the derby defeat against Pep Guardiola's City side, things are looking more positive after Wednesday's 3-1 victory at Northampton Town .
"We got the win last night, we’ve got three home games coming up before the international break and it’s important we try to win all three of them and get our season back on track," said Rooney.
"The cup games against lower-league teams can be difficult. We had to go there and be focused and make sure we did everything to get the win. We controlled the game in the first half but, in the last five minutes of the first half, we were a little bit sloppy and conceded the goal from the penalty they scored. In the second half, we controlled it again and deserved the victory.
"For me, I think it’s the perfect [cup] draw. With what happened in the league, it’s a chance for us to get revenge for that result. It’s going to be a great atmosphere. I think City will have 7,000-8,000 fans here, which will obviously make it an even better atmosphere. I think a cup game against City at Old Trafford is the perfect draw for us."
Rooney is convinced the Reds will be challenging for honours this term, with Jose Mourinho working hard behind the scenes to find the winning formula.
"I think he’s been brilliant since he’s come in," said the captain. "Training has changed a lot. The training has been really good and it’s interesting to see how he prepares for games with tactics, how we approach games, and it’s been really good.
"I’m sure obviously we will come back and definitely be challenging this season."

Five, Ten, fifteen years back

In the latest part of our feature taking a look back at notable events from this week five, 10 and 15 years ago, penalties spurned and scored and goals from great goalscorers were the stories of the day…
FIVE
An unbeaten start to the season ended but a cup campaign was successfully underway this week in 2011, as a trip north was followed by a very local derby.
The Blues under Andre Villas-Boas went to Old Trafford third in the table with Manchester United two points ahead at the top, and those league positions were not to change with this match. The Blues were 3-0 down by half-time although the deficit should have been less but for Ramires not taking a gilt-edged chance to score.
Fernando Torres, selected up front in preference to Nicolas Anelka and with Didier Drogba ruled out with concussion, did find the net early in the second half. Anelka had by then been introduced and was making a difference, and there were mistakes and chances at both ends. Wayne Rooney could have put the result beyond all doubt but messed up a penalty yet it was not the miss most talked about after the game.
That came from Torres, so often successful on this ground for Liverpool, who took the ball past David De Gea with ease but then fired wide.
The goalkeeper at the other end, Petr Cech, said afterwards: 'Three-nil down is never easy, but we came back, scored a goal and created chances and 3-2 would have meant an exciting end of the game.’
There was drama at the conclusion of our next match a few days later although it would not involve Cech. Fulham were hosted in the League Cup and our first-choice keeper had to be substituted at half-time.
We lost Alex to a red card not much later so had to play almost an hour and a quarter with 10 men as no goal scored took the tie to its full duration. In the penalty shoot-out, future Blue Mark Schwarzer saved but then so did Cech’s replacement Ross Turnbull.
Fulham had already hit the bar with a spot-kick awarded for the Alex foul and with the decisive kick of the game, they did so again. The Blues were through to the next round. It had not been a good week for those taking penalties against us.
This was only our second shoot-out success in nine, and there was a momentous one still to come at the season’s end.
TEN
A decade ago we were still talking about and celebrating one of Didier Drogba’s finest goals, the one when he batted off Jamie Carragher as he chested, swivelled and smashed an unstoppable volley into the Shed End net, the only goal of a league game against Liverpool.
The win was no one-man show though because as in the Fulham game recalled in the Five section above, Chelsea had to play almost all the second half against Liverpool a man down. It was Michael Ballack dismissed on this occasion with a straight red card as an eventful start to his career in London continued.
‘I think it is my best goal since I am here,’ said Drogba. ‘Not only my best goal but a very important goal because of the way we won this game. This is the kind of goal I used to score when I was in Marseille.’ In this 2006/07 season, the Ivorian was fast becoming acknowledged as one of the world’s very best.
Fulham were also our opposition for the second game of this week in 2006. In the previous Five, Ten, Fifteen, we told the tale of Frank Lampard deferring the taking of a penalty to Ballack but promising to take one again and he was true to his promise just a week later as he netted both goals in a 2-0 win at Craven Cottage.
‘There is always pressure and there is more pressure when you have missed your last one,’ Lamps reflected. ‘A lot has been said about penalties, especially with Michael Ballack scoring the last one and of course there was added pressure but that is what it is all about. You have to turn up and take responsibility.
‘I felt confident because I have been taking them during the week in training. It was an important moment and I don't like to shirk responsibility in those moments. It was a good penalty because it hit the back of the net and that is what matters.’
FIFTEEN
Frank Lampard is our headline act from 2001 too, this time because no.1 of 211 goals went in. A home UEFA Cup tie against Levski Sofia was going ahead a week late due to Europe-wide postponements post 9/11 and it was Eidur Gudjohnsen who put Chelsea ahead with a superb solo goal (pictured below). The Icelander added to the tally in the second half but it wasn’t until the 90 minute the lead was extended to three.
Gudjohnsen was involved again, as was Bolo Zenden, and although Lampard’s low shot was initially saved, he was alive to the rebound and scooped it in. His first Chelsea goal would be followed by many, many better on the eye, but our future greatest marksman was underway.

New record for Andrés Iniesta

Andres Iniesta's assist for Ivan Rakitic's goal in Barcelona's 1-1 draw against Atletico Madrid means he is the only player to have made at least one assist in each of the last 14 La Liga seasons.
The Catalans' provider-in-chief took his all-time assist tally to 83 on Wednesday when he crossed for Rakitic to open the scoring before half time.
His consistent displays laying on the goals for Barcelona's forwards are just one indication of his value to the club which he has helped win eight La Liga titles as well as four Champions League crowns.

Wow, Mourinho and Guardiola again

Manchester United have been drawn to take on Manchester City at Old Trafford in the fourth round of the EFL Cup on October 24.
It will be the second meeting between Jose Mourinho and Pep Guardiola in as many months, with the latter edging the first clash when City beat United 2-1 at Old Trafford in September.

Do you recognized this super star

A new ad released by Gillette, which was officially presented as a Premium Partner of FC Barcelona on 15 September, puts a handful of the team's players in the spotlight, albeit not on the field. Neymar Jr, Andrés Iniesta, Luis Suárez, Jordi Alba and Marc-André ter Stegen all star in this hilarious commercial that is sure to leave you in stitches.

Eniola Aluko extends Chelsea career

Eniola Aluko has signed a new contract for Chelsea Ladies, a boost for the team ahead of the important FA Women’s Super League match away against Manchester City this weekend.
The Blues No.9, who first played for the club between 2007 and 2008 and rejoined in 2012, has scored 57 goals in 125 appearances across her two spells, and was an important part of the squad which won the historic league and cup double last year.
Aluko confirms it was a simple decision to extend her stay at a club, who will book a third consecutive season in the Champions League by taking one point from our final three matches.
‘I've been here four years and within that time I have progressed as a person and as a player,’ she says.
‘I've won trophies, which is why I came back to Chelsea. When Emma Hayes became the manager, I really believed this was a team that would be successful. And we have been.
‘I'm continuing to learn, to grow, and I continue to be challenged every day. The coaching staff are very intelligent people who I respect.
‘I love this team. The players are people I like spending time with. That combination of reasons made it an easy decision.
‘I also feel I'm still contributing to this team and playing well. I'm glad I'm in a position to extend my contract because you've got to perform as well.
‘I'm sure the coaching staff are happy for me to stay as well because I'm still contributing.’
That is certainly the case, with manager Hayes keen to stress the importance of retaining a player who has been a major part of the club’s rise from also-rans to perennial trophy contenders.
‘I'm delighted,’ says Hayes. ‘She has proved to be not only a Chelsea girl in her heart, but someone who has adapted and evolved during my tenure.
